Prospect Spotlight-WR Tre' Cook

RFL_WORDS.png

Tre' Cook born on the 15th of January was a young boy from West Philadelphia. Growing up wasn't easy for him since his dad wasn't in his life and he was raised by his mom on the streets of Philly. During school Tre' was a straight A student.. Until he got into High school and then he started to drop to the point he had 2 F's, one in Science the other in Math. This threw away most of his scholarships such as Villanova, Maryland, Rutgers, Oklahoma, Virginia, Virginia Tech, and Ohio State. He had offers to be a Safety, Corner and Receiver... But the one university that didn't give up on him was Penn State University as long as he got his grades better over the summer he could play receiver for them. It was a deal he couldn't resist. He took it and started off slow..In his first 2 seasons at Penn State he only had 7 Receptions for just 65 yds mainly because he was the 5th receiver on their chart. During his Junior year he was promoted to 2nd receiver which allowed him to accumulate 47 receptions on 812 yards.  In his senior year he went off with him then being bumped to #1 wide receiver, he posted 62 receptions on 1,278 yards and led the Big Ten in receiving yards and receptions. He also is a very, very fast man who recorded a 4.31 at his Pro day. With the money he makes from the RFL he plans to give it to charities to help Philadelphia and what ever city he goes to.  He is excited for the RFL draft that is set to air at the end of the month where he truly believes that he will be a top 15 pick.
